NThC Presents Activities at APT Conference in Okinawa

Dr. Alvin B. Marcelo presented the National Teleheath Center's activities at the Asia Pacific Telecommunity regional conference in Okinawa, Japan. This conference was a follow-up of the previous meeting at Chiangmai, Thailand February of the same year.
