NThC attends the 4th KEC of the PhilCeCNet

3-4 April 2008 - Dr. Alvin Marcelo, Dr. Alex Gavino and Ms. Pia Athena Tolentino attended the 4th Knowledge Exchange Conference for e-Centers of the Philippine Community e-Centers Network (PhilCeCNet) held at the Heritage Hotel, Manila. NThC, in cooperation with the Last Mile Initiative of the USAID, handed out e-Learning for Health video CDs to the different CeCs.
